PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme staffing shortage causing a crisis for the service industry in this area, it may be necessary for the cleaners to work well past the standard check-in time. Even though we never want guests to have to wait to check in, we are asking for your understanding during this difficult time.
PLEASE be patient with the cleaners and give them the time they need to make things right for your stay. They are doing their best and are working hard while many other people do not want to.
We also ask that you refrain from taking your belongings into a unit until it is clean and ready for you. If you can go grab a bite to eat, hang out at the pool, or relax on the beach for a little while, you can start your relaxation while giving the cleaners time to take care of things for you.
We know you want to start your vacation as soon as possible, and we want this for you, too. We are so honored that you would choose us to host your visit to our lovely beaches and want you to have a great time making memories while you are here.
Just walk out the back door of the resort to dip your toes in the sand, ride the waves, or simply settle down with a new book.
If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, walk to the Cane Patch par 3 course or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-minute drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club!
For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grand Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach shops along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.
Take in a show or concert at the nearby House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from amazing shops and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the fantastic Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famous Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. If you’re looking for a little nightlife, grab daiquiri at Fat Tuesday’s, dance to your favorite music at one of the many clubs, join in the fun at Señor Frog’s, or request a song at Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar - it’s so much fun!
For the best views in the area, take a ride up the Myrtle Beach Skywheel - located just a few miles away, and then end the day with a sunset stroll down Pier 14!

Q: 'Can I have an early check-in?'
A: We are unable to offer an early check-in due to the fact that most of our bookings are back-to-back, and this is very difficult for the cleaners to schedule with so many units to prepare. However, the cleaners do offer a limited number of GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-INs each day on a first come, first-served basis for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like more information.
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can facilitate beach chair/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: No. However, we can arrange for you to rent these items and more once you are booked. Items are delivered prior to your stay and removed after check-out. Please message us for more information.
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?'
A: No. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking pass per unit rented. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Are there pool bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool bands are only required during peak season. During this time, the unit will have one band per person the unit sleeps. We receive limited numbers of pool bands, and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: No. You are on vacation! So, we try to limit our requests regarding cleaning. There are a few things we will ask you to do prior to departure:
-Empty the refrigerator.
-Take out excess trash (1 bag per can is ok)
-Wash your dishes (we will put them away)
-Set the AC to the temperature requested in your guidebook instructions
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: No, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 9 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: No, sorry - Smoking OF ANY KIND is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If smoking is reported, we will, regretfully, have to ask you to leave. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments/coffee filters?'
A: No. This is a self-catering unit. While we will leave condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard that prior guests leave behind, we can’t guarantee that those things will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
Q: 'Are cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper products included.'
A: No. The unit is self-catering. We do provide a small supply of these items to get guests started when they arrive, but you would be responsible to provide additional supplies of these items for during your stay.
