Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic ocean from the new KING bed in your PENTHOUSE condo home away from home. The light and airy relaxing decor in ocean hues will make you want to stay forever.
Grab a shower in the newly renovated ensuite bathroom and you can head out to the kitchen. The GORGEOUS new fantasy brown leathered countertops and new white cabinets fit into the clean, bright theme of this classy beach condo and provide ample space for cooking a nice breakfast.
After the kids wake from the 2 twin beds and/or the living room sleeper sofa and brush their teeth in the newly renovated 2nd bathroom, they can eat at the breakfast bar while you head to the oceanfront balcony to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee.
Later, head downstairs where the kids can play in the pool while you relax in the Jacuzzi or they can make a sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach.
If sitting on the sand isn't your thing, you can always head up to your PRIVATE OCEANFRONT ROOFTOP DECK. This huge deck is all yours to enjoy the views of the ocean in peace and solitude. There is ample seating for your whole family, and a great offset umbrella to provide a little shade in the middle of the day.
Head out to a terrific restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in that terrific kitchen. Later on, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on the sofas with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!
After you tuck the kids in, mix up an adult beverage at the newly renovated wet bar (BYOB) and enjoy one more moment on that fantastic oceanfront balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme staffing shortage causing a crisis for the service industry in this area, it may be necessary for the cleaners to work well past the standard check-in time. Even though we never want guests to have to wait to check in, we are asking for your understanding during this difficult time.
PLEASE be patient with the cleaners and give them the time they need to make things right for your stay. They are doing their best and are working hard while many other people do not want to.
We also ask that you refrain from taking your belongings into a unit until it is clean and ready for you. If you can go grab a bite to eat, hang out at the pool, or relax on the beach for a little while, you can start your relaxation while giving the cleaners time to take care of things for you.
We know you want to start your vacation as soon as possible, and we want this for you, too. We are so honored that you would choose us to host your visit to our lovely beaches and want you to have a great time making memories while you are here.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: YES - There are a few beach chairs and a cart in the closet outside the front door.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry. Parking limitations are set due to the number of spaces available.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at this location.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments/coffee filters?'
A: NO - This is a self catering unit. While we will leave condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard that prior guests leave behind, we can’t guarantee that those things will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
