Our offerings don't stop at just vacation rentals. Instead, we offer additional service options for guests in order to better market your property. Some of our offerings include:

  • Equipment Rentals - Guests can select from a variety of chair and umbrellas rental options as well as equipment they may need during their stay, such as: disability aids, baby equipment, and other beach necessities.
  • Beach Packages - Guests can purchase items such as boogie boards, goggles, and flippers, and more to be delivered to their rental property prior to arrival.

Do the invoices from your current property manager sometimes leave you wondering where your money was spent? With us, you will never see a charge for "miscellaneous service". If we don't know what was done, we certainly won't be charging you for it. Owner statements provide itemized details of items purchased on your behalf and services rendered. Here are some other things we won't do:

  • We won't lower the rent so that we can add a booking fee to the total that we keep for ourselves. We believe this practice, which is very common among vacation rental managers in Myrtle Beach, is unethical. We charge a fair commission, and never add to that by cutting owners out of a portion of the income generated by a rental.
  • We won't charge you a credit card processing fee on rentals we book. This is a charge that is passed on to guests.
  • We won't charge you a travel agent or channel fee on rentals we book. Our automated systems allow us to include this in guests' rates.
  • We won't charge you an additional 1-3% "replacement fee" for items that are never actually replaced. If items need to be replaced, you will be billed for the actual cost or we will hold a portion of a security deposit to cover the cost of damaged items.
