Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic ocean just steps away from this lovely renovated 2nd row home away from home. The inviting beach cottage decor will make you want to stay forever.
Cook up a yummy breakfast in the large kitchen. The white cabinets fit into the clean, bright theme of this classy beach condo and provide ample space for the whole family to help. The kids will love eating at the breakfast bar while you head to the balcony to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee.
SING ALONG TO YOUR FAVORITE TUNES IN THE SHOWER THAT ARE PLAYING ON THE INCLUDED BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS.
Later, head downstairs where the kids can play in the pool for the complex while you lounge nearby or head across the street to the beach access to make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves.
Head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or head back to cook something scrumptious in that terrific kitchen. Later on, take a romantic stroll on the beach or settle in on the sofa with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme staffing shortage causing a crisis for the service industry in this area, it may be necessary for the cleaners to work well past the standard check-in time. Even though we never want guests to have to wait to check in, we are asking for your understanding during this difficult time.
PLEASE be patient with the cleaners and give them the time they need to make things right for your stay. They are doing their best and are working hard while many other people do not want to.
We also ask that you refrain from taking your belongings into a unit until it is clean and ready for you. If you can go grab a bite to eat, hang out at the pool, or relax on the beach for a little while, you can start your relaxation while giving the cleaners time to take care of things for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can facilitate beach chair/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: NO - However, we can arrange for rentals of these things
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at this location.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat our property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a huge mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very small amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry - Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments/coffee filters?'
A: NO - This is a self catering unit. While we will leave condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard that prior guests leave behind, we can’t guarantee that those things will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
