Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep and meet the day from this lovely renovated condo on the golf course. The inviting decor, fantastic location close to the beach, restaurants, and all of the great shopping Myrtle Beach has to offer will make you want to stay forever.
The clean, bright theme of this classy condo provides ample space for the family to help cook up a yummy breakfast in the large kitchen. You can enjoy breakfast or just a peaceful cup of morning coffee from the serene surroundings of the screened balcony.
Later, head downstairs where the kids can play in the pool while you lounge nearby, take a short drive to the beach where the kids can make a sandcastle or you can just relax and watch the waves.
For a little "retail therapy", head to one of the 2 nearby outlet malls, take a walk around the Coastal Grande Mall, or plan a day (and night) out at Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing, the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment complexes in the area. Have a wonderful dinner at a great nearby restaurant or head back to cook something scrumptious in that terrific kitchen. Later on, settle in on the sofa with the family for a movie - don't forget the popcorn!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extreme staffing shortage causing a crisis for the service industry in this area, it may be necessary for the cleaners to work well past the standard check-in time. Even though we never want guests to have to wait to check in, we are asking for your understanding during this difficult time.
PLEASE be patient with the cleaners and give them the time they need to make things right for your stay. They are doing their best and are working hard while many other people do not want to.
We also ask that you refrain from taking your belongings into a unit until it is clean and ready for you. If you can go grab a bite to eat, hang out at the pool, or relax on the beach for a little while, you can start your relaxation while giving the cleaners time to take care of things for you.

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at 1PM. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: NO - Due to damage/loss of these items in the past, the need to maximize storage space for guests, and the varied needs of guests, we do not provide these items. However, there are several great rental companies in the Myrtle Beach area. In Myrtle Beach, you can also rent chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards on the beach during the summer season. In North Myrtle Beach, you can contact the city about renting chairs and umbrellas.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for ONE car. You will receive ONE parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. We are unable to provide additional passes.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $30 per week (Spring 2022).
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at this location. However, there is a pool pass. Replacement fee if lost is $50.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments/coffee filters?'
A: NO - This is a self catering unit. While we will leave condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard that prior guests leave behind, we can’t guarantee that those things will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
